I have checked the Diagnostic file and note teh message "Invalid Fingerprint"
I have downloaded the Hotfix but get the message "Windows Defender SmartScren prevented the AccountRight_Hotfix.exe app from starting"
I have tried disabling Windows Defender Firewall but cannot get teh Hootfiox app to run?
i cannot open the Upgraded file or the previous 2022.7 file?

I wouldn't know how to resolve your 'Windows Defender' error, however, I did find this article that may assist with that.
