Cannot confirm company file

Cannot confirm company file

hello

 

i am currently using account right 2016 standard edition. the company file ID is 1 so that means it is confirmed but it requires to confirm again. i am trying to confirm but it is unable to do it through the internet.

 

any help please

hello

i am having a similar issue, it says i need to confirm my company file but it is unable to through the internet and i am currectly on the phone with nz myob

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

 

We are happy to look into the confirmation of that company file. In order to do so, we do need to confirm the below information :

  • The serial number in the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight (which in this case is 1)
  • The version of the program you are using - Help>>About AccountRight

This information can be obtained by selecting the Confirm Later/placing the file into read-only mode.
