I realise there are many others that have come across problems with an error message when using an old version of AccountsRight , I believe since a Windows Update earlier this year. I have used the Hotfix file to no avail. The initial error message I got was that confirmation was unsuccessful , after running the hotfix, the error message I am now getting is: ERROR Unable to activate the Company file. You need to phone MYOB customer sevice. there are a number of reasons why this company file could not be activated. When I have searched the forum, many have had the same problem solved via PM links. Can you help me solve my issue please?

I have been able to make a change to your account that should now allow you to confirm the file. If you close the software and re-open it, you should now be able to confirm the file online.
From what I could find, there was a time when the file was attempted to be confirmed in 2017.1 back in June 2017 that has locked that file from confirming since. I can see multiple attempts were made in the correct software and it should no longer have any issues.
