Iam using AccountRight PC version with the file saved to the cloud. I cannot open my company file.
When I open the application, my recently opened files are displayed and when I select my company file, I am prompted to login.
After entering my credentials, the following message is displayed:
If I click Cancel, I am re-directed to the Recently opened company files. When I click on the company file and log in again, the message above is again displayed.
If I click on Get the latest version, https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/ar/Getting+the+latest+version is opened and I am re-directed to the Recently opened company files. This page contains general information, including that version updates occur automatically.
How do I open my compay file?
At this stage, I am not interested in the updating the version as opening my company file is mor important.

I cannot see the message (until it is unblocked by MYOB moderators), however try using Open instead of Recently Opened list, to ensure you are trying to open the correct file. If it is the online file, the current version of AR is AR2023.1. After 22 Feb 2023 you must be on AR2023 in order to access an online file - this is because MYOB blocks earlier versions after a cut off date.

Try installing and using AR2023.1, this may solve the issue.
