this attached error displayed when I tried to open the myob file.
the message displayed reads "AccountRight has encountered an error and needs to exit." and when i click continue it just keeps loading for a while.
any asistance will be much appreciated

Based upon that error message, it would seem that AccountRight is struggling to load or connect with the underlying Microsoft .net framework installed upon your computer.
To resolve this, I recommend uninstalling AccountRight first and then conducting either a repair install or uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft .net framework on that computer. If you aren’t familiar with how to do this then I recommend speaking with your IT professional.
Once the reinstall or repair install has been completed on that computer, then you can reinstall AccountRight on that computer.
