Cannot sign in after upgrade 2022.4.0

Please advise why I cannot sign in -  the diagnosticsare attached.  I need to log in asap.

Hi @Matrice 

 

Having a look at that diagnostic log you're getting the "InvalidFingerPrint" error. To resolve this you will need to run the AccountRight Hotfix tool by following the instructions in this post: Unable to open recently upgraded company file
