Card List

Hi 

I am currently using Account Right 2019.4 

When I print a quote I have an issue that pops up  where the suburb is missing when printed and on some individual cards. I have checked card list and checked the card and all the details are there tried re entering address still same issue.

Hi @jacqui10 

 

If all the customer details are correct in their card the next thing I would check is that the address field is big enough in the customised form.  You can test this by going to Setup>>Customise Forms>>select the form you use to print quotes.  Then click on the address field and enlarge the field using the mouse to drag the border.

Hi Tracey,

 

Thankyou! went into the suburb and kept pressing delete key until it was all clear and retyped and reprinted quote and all fixed.
