Change 'owner'

Hi

 

I am looking to change the Owner role in accountright and also change the payment details to that of the new owner.

 

How can this be done when the original owner is on longer part of the organisation and I do not have their access/login details?

Hi @aagostino 

 

To update an AccountRight Live Owner, the current primary contact of the account can contact us to arrange for the necessary changes to be made to the account.

 

If the previous primary contact is not available to speak with us i.e. they have left the company then a change of details form would be required to completed and returned for us to action that request. I've arranged for that form to be sent out to yourself.
