Hi,
Our official company email address has changed and I want to change it in our log in. I have changed it in "Setup", "Company Information" and have also created myself as a user to log into my.myob using the new email address. However, the green strip at the bottom of the screen still says signed in using the old email address. I don't know if it will change overnight as I am logged in for 12 hours.
Also, can you please explain if and what is the difference between myob and my.myob and why I seem to be two different accounts to operate the same system?

The email address is that listed at the bottom of the AccountRight Desktop application when signed into an online file is the email address you are currently using to sign in with. If you are wishing to use a different email address to sign in with you can go to Services (top of the screen)>>Sign out of AccountRight Live. This should put you back to the Welcome window where you can go to Oepn a Company File>>Online before selecting Sign in to enter that new email address and log in information.
To address your other question, the product is AccountRight, you log into your company file using your AccountRight Live Login, which is your my.MYOB account information (email address and password). Hopefully, that clears it up for you.
