I have just done the recent upgrade March 2018, build no. 2018.1.20.7153.
In Setup, Preferences, Windows, Save Windows Size and Locations I have it ticked,
this works for Sales but not for Purchases everytime I go back in I have to reset the line sizes so I can read the description of the Item?
Is this an issue for anyone else and is it going to be fixed?

We are aware that when using the Enter Purchase window with an Item layout if the columns widths are changed and the window is closed those changes will not be retained. This is something that we have passed across to our development team for correction in a future update.
Note: Other purchase layouts and the Enter Sales window are not affected.
I thought it was just ours Alltrades1 lets hope its fixed soon as more than one person uses this program

The "Get more out of your software" email communication redirects the client to the Help Article: Getting the latest version. This will allow the client to download and install the AccountRight 2018.1.1 version. Note: An active AccountRight live Subscription is required for download.
This particular situation of the column widths not being retained will occur with the AccountRight 2018.1.1 update. At this stage, we don't have a timeframe for when it will be resolved, however, it has been passed across to our development team for correction in a future update
Yes an issue for me also.
As we have many people using the program across the store this is a very frustrating problem which has already led to several mistakes being made.
One would think that MYOB could maybe test the software a little more before release to avoid such an obvious mistake. Or at the very least inform us before the upgrade of the problem so we can chose if we wish to upgrade or not.
I am having the same problem and it is extremely frustrating !!
Every time I enter a new purchase I have to waste time altering the column....
It is driving me insane !
I am getting complaints from my staff every day about this exacxt same issue. MYOB get onto this ASAP as it is causing endless frustrations and also mistakes to be made.
Very annoying yet typical of MYOB releasing buggy versions and not resolving it in a timely manner.
This has been resolved with the AccountRight 2018.2 update. The AccountRight 2018.2 is available for download for active AccountRight Subscription holders via their my.MYOB account by selecting My Products>>Downloads after logging in.
Brilliant. Until now there was no communication that an update was released to solve this issue until I posted on here.
