Company File

Hi I opened my brower the other day through my desktop as I always do, it prompted me to perform an upgrade which I did, while upgrading an error occurred and I could no longer access my company file through my brower or desktop. I have contacted MYOB support on 3 occassions now and they said they had to reactivate my account and to wait 24hrs and it will appear. That was 4 days ago and still no company file. When I log into my.myob I can see that my account is active but I have no access to my file. I am very frustrated because MYOB keeps saying give it more time with no further assitance.

Please I really need some advice on where to go with this.
