Company file stuck upgrading

Hi

So our company file seems to be stuck on upgrading.

In the select a company file window, under status it says 'upgrading' and has been doing that since 7:30 this morning, so that is 1.5 hours of upgrading?

we have two other company files which have been upgraded already.

Hi @HangedUpOnMe 

 

Generally speaking, we would wait a little bit longer (~2-3 hours) to fully agree that the company file is stuck in upgrading. However, to get you sorted, I have reset that company file back to Active for you. This should allow you to complete that upgrade process again.

We are also having the same problem. Our company file has been stuck since 6:30am. Is it possible for you to revert it back to active so we could try again?

All done, give that company file a whirl now. Should be back to Active and allow you to upgrade it as intended.

we are having issue with our AR file for 2 hrs now, it is stuck upgrading. can someone please help.

That the company file has been reset back to Active for you. This should allow you to complete that upgrade of the company file again.

I have a company file that is stuck upgrading. All my other company files upgraded to 2021.6 no problems. Can you please reset to active.
