Company file upload - serial number not matching

We access MYOB (AccountRight) with our individual email accounts and the company file is online. My Accountant created a new company file for our sister company.  She wanted to upload it to online from her library. The associated username of the file is Administrator without password.  When she clicked Go Online (Upload This File), she received the error of serial number not linking to the account of the file.  However, the serial number given in the message was same as the serial number of the current online company file.  What other serial numbers we can change?  Do we need to re-create the company using a diffrent usernam?

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address being used to the new MYOB account
  • Business name
