Hi
once again after an upgrade i am unable to confirm my company files. only one works. I have 10 licenses which has been confirmed by MYOB as my software was purchased many years ago. One file shows ID of 9 the others only 1.
Not happy that this has happened again!
please fix so it doesnt happen again - like i was assured last time.

We've now been able to make the change to that serial number to prevent confirmation issues going forward. You should be able to confirm those files now. If you have any further problems please let me know.

yes it did work. But only one file shows 9 IDs? the others still show 1. is this correct? I thought it should show 10?
