Confirmation following upgrade

I have 2 files,

for 2 companies

one of the company files updated successfully

other one says - needs to update in 0 days or it would become read only, if i click update it takes me to a download page - new starter.

if i select ignore, existing file opens. - what are my options here to resolve this update issue?
