I have attempted to confirm my company files via phone on three separate occassions, and been left on hold for a total of nearly 3 hours all to confirm files. From reading other posts it appears the only way to avoid the long hold times and perpetually hanging up or "phone cutting up" is to personal message someone. Yet this appears to be a service that isn't easily available. Can I please have someone from MYOB contact me to confirm my company files ....
