Good afternoon
I have an old MYOB account right
Version 2016.2.18.5106
Company ID : 3
I cant confirm the company file, in the past if I come acrross issue like this, I could call the number and the customer service will send me a license file, but this time around the customer service is not around anymore
could you please validate my company file

Thank you for the post and I regret to know that you're having an issue confirming your file. I've sent the license file to the email address on the account. Confirm your file by phone and attach the license file. Please let me know how it goes.
I have edited and removed your serial number. Please do not add private information like serial number or any sensitive information on public posts in the future and you can share these details when a moderator reaches out to you seeking additional information via Private Message.

Hi
I am having the same problem - I have AccountRight Plus Version 2016.3.19.1272 and cannot confirm the company file. I cannot find any number to ring so I can confim the file.

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention and thank you for confirming the version of AccountRight that you are using. Apologies that you are experiencing difficulties confirming your company file. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
For older MYOB products, we have made it easier for you to confirm company files. Now, you can use our dedicated self-service option, so you can generate the confirmation code whenever you need by going to http://help.myob.com/confirmation - no need to contact support.
For full details, check out this Help Article: Activating and confirming older MYOB products.
Please note: You will need your Serial Number and company file code available to generate the confirmation code - available by selecting 'Confirm' via Phone when prompted.
Additionally, since you are using the older AccountRight Live version 2016, you would need to install the latest version of AccountRight to confirm your company file automatically. Please see this help article that has information about AccountRight releases.

Hi Leneth
I have already tried that link and it does not help. When I click on confirm by phone all the information is there in Step 1 but Step 2 says to select the licence file to load. I need the licence file to confirm my account. Can you please send it to me.

In this matter, you would need to change the option for the confirmation. Could please try to confirm the company file Online by going to Help >> Confirm a File >> Select online?

Already tried that - it comes up Error unable to connect on line ......... We recommend you try confirming your company file by phone. Please let me know the phone number I can ring to confirm the file. I used to be able to ring and MYOB would send email me a link that I could use to confirm the file. Is this no longer possible?
