Customise Fields in Bank Deposit Slip MYOB 2017

The Bank Deposit Slip form shows the Payment Method field but I would like to replace this with the Cheque Number field however I can't find the Cheque Number field as an option in the Insert/Modify or Additional Filters tab.

Is it still possible to add this field to the deposit slip as it could be done in MYOB v19 and if so how?

thanks

Re: Customise Fields in Bank Deposit Slip MYOB 2017

Hi @rachelleo

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

The Cheque No. field can be added to the Bank Deposit slip report by running the selected report and selecting that field from the Show Hide option in the Insert/Modify tab.

If that column does need to replace another column you would remove that field from the Show Hide option and then use the Order column to move it into the required position.

Please note that as this is not a standard/default column on that report it will need to be added each time that report is run.

Kind regards,
Steven
