Customised Statements for customers

Hi

 

I have been using MYOB Account right for a number of years and have developed a customised statement for my customer statements.

By customised I mean has my letter head etc in the form.

 

When I recently upgraded to 2020 version, the customised statement has disappeared ie didn't come across with the upgrade, hence cant use it.

 

Is there a way of finding the old template and bringing it into the new version.

I would have thought this would happen automatically when company file is upgraded but doesn't seem to be the case.

 

Pls assist

Thank you for your post. 

 

What you could try is restoring a backup copy of your data file to your local drive and exporting the customised forms, then go back to your live data and import the custom forms.
