Hi All. I've read the posts and have noted the problem with 2019.2 not using customised forms.
My question is, we have two users. Myself plus one other who is on another computer.
I ran the update last Friday to both computers.
I cannot print or email any of our customised forms (mainly invoices and payroll for me)
But yet if the other computer selects, prints or emails, they are customised.
So, until the 2019.2.1 update to fix these problems is released I can at least email invoices and payslips from him to me, and then forward to the recipients as the correct format.
How is this happening? We are both using the same version and build?

As you have indicated, we aware of an issue with the AccountRight 2019.2 version that will prevent the customise forms and reports from displaying correctly for some users. See Customise form usage in AccountRight 2019.2 for more information.
This particular situation has been tied to the user's cache file on their computer, which is the file that the program uses to store data for easy access. This one of the reasons that clearing that cache file has worked for some users.
Thanks Steven, followed the instructions for clearing cache and it's worked for me.
