Delete a trial cloud file?

Hi, a client has upgraded their NZ version 19 file to the cloud as a  trial, and now they want to upgrade again for real. We have arranged to do this overnight to assist the client.


I'm looking to get the existing cloud file deleted. 


I sent a PM to @Steven_M  earlier, but as it's the end of our day here, and I haven't heard back, can any moderators help me?


Client serial number ends 5104 (NZ file)

Client & File name starts Total...

File ID is 1, online of course!



Looking for @Neil_M ,@Theresa_D , @CloverQ  ??
