Difficulty in upgrading Account Right

Hi MYOB community,

 

I'm unable to upgrade to Account Right 2019.1 as  a message is appearing saying it needs to be updated by an AccountRight Live administrator. The issue I'm having is AccountRight Live administrator is no longer working with us ,is there a way of changing someone else to be the AccountRight Live administrator Would be greatful if someone can help me on ths asap ..

HI @s1234 

 

If your email address wasn’t listed against that serial number as either an online owner or online administrator then you would need to speak with the existing online owner to have them upgrade you to an online administrator. From what I can see on your account this is the person we have listed as the business owner

 

Alternatively if the online owner was no longer a part of the business then you would need to speak with our team to get a new user promoted to the owner role.

Hi Neil,

 

I spoke to MYOB and they asked me to send a change of ownership statement signed by the previous online administrator . It was emailed to them two days ago to this address sales@myob.co.nz but there is no reply yet . 

 

Could you kindly looking to this matter please.

Hi @s1234 

 

I see you have been in touch with our Live Chat team who have advised you of a different email address to send the form to and the turnaround time for the processing of that form. As long as that form has been sent to the correct team, the second email address you were provided then the team will process the form within the timeframe of 5 business days

Yes I sent the form to the correct email address on Sunday the 7th April 2019. Waiting for a response ...

It’s been two weeks since the change of detail form signed and authorized by the previous online administrator was emailed .

May I kindly know the progress of this please?

Hi @s1234 

 

I'm very sorry to hear you've been waiting a while to upgrade the company file.

 

I can see that the change of details form was received, and have just checked the settings to make sure it's all done correctly.

 

The email address nominated in the form has been set as the online owner, could you please try to upgrade the company file now using this email?

The update now option that appears when I login is not there now ,is there a possibility for you to update it please to the AR 2019.1version?
