Downgrading AccountRight Premier

Presently I'm using AccountRight Premier at a cost of $160 pm and I'm interested in knowing about downgrading the product.

I use payroll for 2 employees and since the beginning of FY21 no longer user foreign currency accounts.

Please advise.

Hi Tracey-H, I don't seem to be able to send you a message, not sure why!!  I would also like assistance with downgrading from Accountright Plus to MYOB Business Pro as we are a smaller business, don't use Inventory, only have 3-4 employees.  How can I get in touch with you please?  Thanks, Cheryl

Please ignore my last post as I found another where you provided a link to the website where a downgrade can be requested.  So I have now read the FAQs and submitted a request after starting up a MYOB Business Pro subscription.  Sounds like a great service that will save us money if it all goes to plan.
