Error Index 48

I had this Error Index 48 (file: myob error 00.jpg and suggest to optimize the file. However optimization process can't get through and showed error message (file: myob error.jpg). Any suggestion what I can do? (except restoring backup and re-enter a week's work) Thank you in advance, Arief

Index errors in AccountRight Premier is not something that I have dealt with in recent times but you are doing the right thing in trying to optimise that company file.

With regards to that error, I would be looking at ensuring that you are trying to optimise the file locally i.e. not across a network. Alternatively, try copying the file to another location and then optimise that copy of the file.

When Optimisation fails, this confirms file corruption and the file will need to be repaired. See MYOB's repair page here. There are others who also repair MYOB file - google.
