I am trying to log in to complete my data entry for the last few weeks but I'm getting an error message saying auto confirm didn't work. I've tried to confirm online but it isn't working. I get an error message:
"Unable to activate this Company file. You need to phone MYOB Customer Service for assistance"
I tried calling but it is after hours. Can anyone help me please?
I am using AccountRight Plus - 2016.2.18.5106

I've made a change to your account, which should allow for the company file to be confirmed in AccountRight 2016.3 or lower versions. This can be completed using the Confirm Online method if required.
