Error code 100014 invalid fingerprint

I have just moved my file online.  When i try to open it closes with the above error.

I cannot get into my file and have wages to pay today! HELP!

To resolve that situation we do need to arrange for a script (tool) to be run over that company file. So we can arrange for that script to be run would you mind confirming that the company file you are trying open is the "One Life Mxxxxx" file?
