Error updating non inventoried item prices after importing

I am getting errors on importing price changes. The error only occurs on non inventoried items.

I have 4 company files and 2 of them mainly have non inventoried item codes.

This will be a long process to have to upload manually.

9 records imported without errors.
1007 records imported with warnings.
14 records skipped.

Summary of errors
Error -4077: You have sales for this item.
Warning 75: #Items per selling unit may only be specified for items that are sold and inventoried
Warning 240: Price Level A, Quantity Break 1 not equal to Base Selling Price; Bases Selling Price substituted.

Re: Error updating non inventoried item prices after importing

Hi @scott_drifta

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! There is a script that we can run over your company file to resolve this error, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can have this arranged.

Cheers,
Melisa

Re: Error updating non inventoried item prices after importing

Hi @scott_drifta

Thank you, I've had the script run over serial number ending in 1838. Please let me know how it goes.

Can you please send me a private message with the other serial numbers as I cannot locate those accounts.

Cheers,
Melisa
