Exporting to excel

Hi

 

We have updated to Accounting Right 2019.2 this morning but the export to excel is not working. As we are on a server I have to get a tech company  to download the version. Could you please advise what I do to remedy this.

 

Just comes up Error when try to run a report with no error no.

Could you provide more details on the error you are getting. A screenshot of that error would be helpful. Please do provide steps to get to that error.

The error reads

Error

c:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\2019.2\Reports\Spreadsheet\COASUM.XLT

Thank you for providing me with the error message. Generally that error comes when files are missing from the directory or permissions issue blocking access.Recommend if the .XLT files are not in the folder location, specified in the error message.Try reinstalling the AccountRight software. These files should be installed on reinstall.If they are in the folder, permissions or security might be blocking access.

The problem is resolved. thanks. Our IT guy had to copy the excell files from old MYOB version to 2019.2 and is all working now.
