Extend de-commission dates until issues are resolve / No notice provided on updates

After reading all the post / issues relating to 2021.7 and also 2021.6, we are very relunant to upgrade. Why can't MYOB extend the de-commission date for past versions until the issues have been fixed eg 2021.5 Version 2021.5 is scheduled to be de-commissioned today 23/11/2021 - please extend the de-commission date until the issues are resolve with V2021.6 and V2021.7. As a business we cannot aford these interruptions especially after COVID Lockdown/s when we are all trying to recover and move forward. Please consider extending the de-commission dates. Also we have not received any notification in our MYOB Software for updates or de-commission dates & nothing via email, where's our notice on this???

This is not a solution as MYOB are not listening to their customers only to their shareholders and what suits them. Really issues should be resolved and tested before new versions are release into the market place, instead of customer being used as R&D for MYOB. I understand that too many Version in the Cloud may be causing issues for MYOB, but the untested versions are causing issues for buessiness try to function as normal as possible. MYOB should consider testing their product prior to each release and prior to decommissioning older versions.
