Company File 5 will not open in MYOB Latest Version .9.
All other files upgrade and open without issue. This Company File 5 appears to upgrade successfully but on launching pauses and closes MYOB, no windows seen.
If you can assist with this please at your earliest time.

Is this file online? If there is no error message presented on the screen, please attach the diagnostic log that gets generated after the system crashes and we'll check what's causing it .

See attached for diagnostic. Still fails in versions 8, 9 and 10 but worked fine in version 7.
Local file, not cloud.

Thank you very much for the log file.
A particular wording found in the error log is 'InvalidFingerPrint', this problem can be fixed by using an AccountRight HotFix tool.
