File stuck in Backup - cannot access MYOB

File stuck in Backup - cannot access MYOB

Good afternoon,

 

I did the back up this morning and it came up completed, when all the users tried to log back in the below message came up;

 

Backup in Progress

The company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete.

 

We have restarted the PC's still to no avail.

I've located an online company file based on your forum details, and have just reset its status. Please restart AccountRight then access the file again.
