FileConnect issues - AccountEdge NE v11.5 release 15.4.3A

Package has been working on host and network for quite a long time.  I did a clean instal of system (OS 10.6.8 server) as having issues with networked printers.  Reinstalled AccountEdge from downloaded dmg file (saved on different networked computer).  Cannot get files to show.  Old I know but quite adequate for my needs.  Backup files from timemachine not accessable possibly because new set up not exactly same as original working version!  Can't 'upgrade' OS either as machine "too old".

 

Had this issue a few years back with same OS and hardware when using V9.5.  Support upgraded to 11.5 as cure, which has worked until this recent clean instal.

 

Days lost on this!  Cannot acces company files at all.  Can't afford to make wholesale changes to latest everything, and don't want clous based services.

 

File hosting for FilemakerPro works fine BTW.

 

If anyone old enought to help, would be glad to hear from you!

Hi @Suicidal , have you started FileConnect on the machine hosting the file? Check under system preferences, is there an AccountEdge icon on the bottom row. If so, select it, and if FileConnect is stopped, start it.
