Frozen Upgrade

We are currently trying to upgrade a file from 2018.3 to 2018.4. It says that it is upgrading and we can't enter the company file. It has been doing this for over 24 hours now. Is there something else that we need to do? We have successfully updated other company files, but this is a new company file and it is it's first upgrade.

Hi @CLT 

 

I've run a script over that company we were showing as still upgrading. This should allow you to upgrade the company file as intended.
