We are currently the owner of our client's MYOB file and they are switching accountants, could you please assist in transferring the ownership of this file? I have sent them administrator access to the file however I am wanting to:
1) Upgrade them to owner of the file
2) Remove us as the owner/completely from the file so that we are no longer recieving invoices for this subscription
