Hi
Prior to installing 2021.4 I used to have my login email and password saved and I used to select the save my authorisation code for 30 days option. Now I have to enter my emai and password and a new code every time I log in.
Did the 2021.4 upgrade cause an issue? I've set Google Chrome to offer to save passwords but it doesn't give me the option for MYOB.

There are a few reasons you can still be asked for your 2FA code after you've selected Trust this device for 30 days. I'd recommend going through our help article Trust this device for 30 days which has information and instructions on what to check for this.

Thanks for the reply. After reading the info in the link I think my problem was self-inflicted. I've recently installed a program that can clean browsing history, tracking data etc automatically and I'm sure it's clearing any cookies whenever I exit MYOB. I think I've managed to change things so that the MYOB cookies are kept. Hopefully that will solve the problem.
