Is looking like I'll have to upgrade. We are a teeny business and am currently using V17. I don't use it for payroll or invoicing. Only used to enter sales and expenses each month, get GST reports etc.
It looks as though I can't buy software outright anymore.
I took a quick look at AccountRight Lite subscription.
Do you think that's all I'd need and would my company file migrate to this?
I don't want to start all over again.

Regarding your inquiry that you would like to change your product from AccountRight to MYOB Business Lite, you would need to purchase first a new MYOB Business Lite product before you are able to transfer your files. You may also refer to this link for more information about MYOB Business products.
Also, after you purchase a new MYOB Business Lite product, you may now fill out this form for the migration process. Please note that the migration team will contact you within 3 to 5 business days.

Why do you need to upgrade? MYOB v17 should still be fine, even if you upgrade your computer. Contact me at majubawest@hotmail.com if you need to discuss this a bit more. I say this because you sound as though your business doesn't need all the bells and whistles of newer versions.
