How do I speak to someone senior in MYOB regarding serious security issues

I have been dealing with incompetent call centre staff over the last year due to company files from unrelated companies bveing under our license number & an unknown person being listed as a primary contact for our account. Each time I call it seems to get worse and despite being told it will be fixed, the next time I check it has not. Due to Corona virus I need to put put company files online but have serious concerns with the security at MYOB. They cant even keep my files organised properly offline!

 

I am a long time customer with 19 active company files.

 

Anyone senior in MYOB concerned about this?

I'm very sorry to hear that you've had this experience and I want to assure you that we do take security very seriously. If you can send me the following information by private message I will look into this for you:

 

  • serial number
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
  • business name
  • any additional information relevant to this situation.
