How to back up historical data for past 7 years

Hi MYOB expert, 

I am writing to inquiey how to back up historial data for past seven years if I need to close the business with MYOB?

I rang MYOB phone line to nearly 45mins and no one answer my call. 

Please help.

File>>Backup will back up an AccountRight company file. This produces a zip file of the company file that can be restored if you do ever need to access that file. More information on backing up a file can be found in Help Article: Back up your company file.

Please note that if you have used the AccountRight In Tray to store documents, these are not backed up and the documents would have to be downloaded/printed individually if you wish to retain a direct copy of those.
