How to delete a file

Hi, I just created a new file and thought it was AR+ but is should be AR Standard. 

I got a message to say I have reach maximum files (for AR+) and I would like to start again and mark it as AR Standard, however as I cant activate the new account it does not even open.

I tried de-activating an older file to make way for the new one but that didnt work either.

Please help! Thanks

• Business name
• Serial number
• Your full name

Once I have this I'll be able to look into this further for you.
