I am unable to upgrade file to 2019.4

I have tried three times to upgrade a file to 2019.4. It is not an online file.

I have restored the file and tried again but no luck. I was able to open my file ....... (old v2019.2)

My client has upgraded to 2019.4 and as it is not publically avaliable I am now unable to work on the file.

I selected upgrade to 2019.4 but once it said done it would not open.

It is NOT an oline file

Hi @Karen-Cloncurry and @pallan 

 

2019.4 is not publicly available as yet. It was released to our developer partners last week but we have since found issues that we are working to resolve.  The new build will be released soon for our partners with a staggered release to follow for clients.

 

I am curious to know where you got the upgrade from though.

My online file works. 

I have been able to open my other file in a earlier version so might just leave both as is until new version out.

I got a new computer at work office last week.  I went online 03/12/19 to download MYOB I was offered version 2019.4 so I downloaded it and upgraded ALL THE FILES that I work on. I also upgraded everyone elses versions in the building for them too. I need access to the company files from my other computers, but don't have the option to upgrade and it is less than 24 hours later!. I can't access any of the files from my other computers and I can't restore the older versions on the work office computer. Please assist me as I need to work off site.

Hello,

I'm hoping Tracey @ MYOB has contacted you privately by now with a link to help fix your problem.

I didn't try it as I was able to keep working on my main online account just couldn't use the charity file I do but I was able to use an old version. I too updated my laptop :-(

The official release version of 2019.4 is now available for download on my.myob. If you have any issues please don't hesitate to post on the forum.
