Hi Tracy

 

Just confirming that it is still showing 2019.3 for download. In my desperation to get started on my work yesterday I contacted tech support by phone and they emaied me the link to down load it onto my other devices.

Also just making a point that when I did use it one Tuesday 2019.4 only shut down once over the 12 hours period that I was processing on it. 2019.3 would shut down no less than 4 times a day, once it shut down 10 times in a day.

Hi Karen

 

I have had no dramas with using 2019.4 on the devices that had access to it. I now have access to it on my other devices and have no issues processing off site.

Sorry you're having problems with the latest version not showing my.myob.  You can use this link https://www.myob.com/au/support/download-accountright to install 2019.4

Hi Tracey

I still cannot upgrade my off line file. I restored the back up again & then upgraded but it just disappeared when I clicked open file.

My online file works fine.

Can you please send the serial number (Setup>>Company Information) and the Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight) of the file you can't upgrade by private message

Hi @Karen-Cloncurry 

 

I did get your private message.  If you are trying to open the file from the Recently opened company file list you may be opening the old file.  Try opening it by clicking on Open (a company file) on the left side of the Welcome window. This will take you to your library and you can open the upgraded file from here.
