I can not open MYOB account right 2017.1

I can not open MYOB account right 2017.1. Information said This file can not be opened using accountRight 2017.1 A more recent version is required. 

So I tried install 2017.2. but I can not install it. message said 0x80070659 contast your system adminitrator.  Can you please someone let me know how to fix this?

Hi @nf,

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

 

Error 0x80070659 is a Windows error message, it often means the process was prohibited by policy set up on the computer, or some Windows configuration has gone wrong. 

 

I'd suggest right click on v2017.2 installer, choose Run as Administrator and try again. If the issue persists, it would be best to contact your IT person to take a further look.
