I can't access my file after restoring from backup

Hi

We had to restore our AccountRight file from a backup and since then our Auditor cannot access the file - it says the file does not exist.... any ideas would be appreciated

Hi @BrightonRSL 

 

Everything appears to be in order at our end with regard to your company files located in the cloud. My recommendation would be to ensure that they have using the same email address that was invited into the company file.

 

If they are still unable to see that file, would you mind sending me a private message on the Forum with:

  • The email address they are using,
  • The serial number of the company file (Setup>>Company Information)
  • The company file ID of that file - Help>>About AccountRight

A screenshot of what the user see at their end would be ideal as well.
