Import customized forms

I have just upgraded from AccountRight Plus 19.7 to AccountRight Plus 2018.2.  I am trying to import/migrate my customized statements.  I can see them when checking the file path in 19.7 but when I browse the folder "migrate custom forms" in AR18 they are not showing in the folder?

Re: Import customized forms

Hi @ChrisR

I have not personally come across some v19 forms not displaying in the Migrate Custom Forms window, though I have seen errors when we do see them and attempt to Migrate.

Just to make sure we're looking at the screen the same way, when we select a Folder in the window we won't see any forms in that folder until it has been selected and we click Next.

The forms only display on the second tab and not when you're browsing for a folder.

Please let me know if this is what you mean.

Re: Import customized forms

Thanks Hayden,

I have now got them to migrate and I can see them in the "Setup/Customise forms/statement" window but when I try to print the statements they are not in the "drop down" list in the Advanced Filters?  Any suggestions?

Re: Import customized forms

Hi @ChrisR

Note that the Statement forms differ between Statement Types, if you are using an Invoice Type Statement Form but your Advanced Filters show Statement Type Activity, the forms won't show.

Such as:

Advanced Filters Window;

Form Type:

Please let me know if the Types differ.
