Importing a custom written letter

I have written a letter to my customers, how do I import this so that I can just select the customer and email it to them?

Hi @Mester 

 

Sounds like you are wanting to use your own template for the Personalised letters in AccountRight. If this is the case, you would need to create your template as a .DOT file from Microsoft Word and put it in the letters location, normally found here:

C:\Users\<user.name>\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\20xx.x\Letters

Once there, you should be able to choose your template file when going into Create Personalised Letter.
