Increase to monthly subscriptions

Now that we must pay full price for all entities within our organisation that use MYOB rather than the reduced rate for additional companies - we should be able to open each company seperately and leave it open on the desktop to access rather than having to log out of one company to get into another company each time you want to process data in the different companies.

As each entity is now paying full price I believe we should have the ability to keep each one open and accessible at all times - otherwise bring back the reduced rate!!!

Re: Increase to monthly subscriptions

Hi @FinanceDMPL , welcome to the forum. You can open multiple files - I pin the AccountRight icon to the taskbar, and click to open my first file. To open a second file, right-click the same icon and click the program name. This will open a second instance.

However, there is no way to distinguish each file, so you have to be very careful when working across files. In addition, reports and other functions open as separate tasks (ie windows), this can also be confusing.

Finally, I'm not aware of any other technical limitations, but MYOB may have some comments.

PS I should say that each file has the same colour scheme, so it's easy to get confused about which file you are working on. The file name is in each window's title bar (top line in grey).
