I have had to replace the hard drive on my PC and am now trying to reinstall Accountright v2011 SP4. Operating system is Windows 10. I was previously using it on W10 without any problem.
First error message I get is to say that the serial number could not be automaticilly registered, however the installation continues until the "checking for Space" phase and then it throws up the message An error occurred while setting up Accountright library service. Please restart your computer and try again.
Please advise how I can get this reinstalled. Thanks.

Thanks Melissa, after waiting about 40mins to talk to someone in the phone, the problem has been solved. I am now running 2021.8.
