Hi,
Because of Windows 7 not being supported I am migrating to a new computer with Windows 10. However, I bought MYOB ages ago and have been using the desktop version for my own accounts. I have installed AccountRight v 19, do I need to re-register? I have tried to do this but it comes up with a message "Unable to register product".
Can you help.

No you shouldn't need to re-register. The data file (*.MYO) is where your registration is recorded so when you open the file or restore a backup you may be asked to confirm the file now or later and once you do this, you can continue to work as normal. Do make sure you have definitely downloaded/installed the correct version, otherwise if you only need to confirm later on and you are in the wrong version you will have problems.
