Invalid Confirmaion Code after upgrade from Enterprise V19.9 to V19.16

Hi,

 

I have updgraded AccountRight Enterprise offline verion from V19.9 to V19.16. It was working fine but now it asks me to confirm the company file and when I try to confirm online I get a message 'An invalid Confirmation Code has been entered'.

 

Please Assist.
