Issue importing from local computer to server

We are having issues loading our file from our local server onto the cloud, I'm assuming as the version on the cloud is an old version myo & we are using the most recent issue. 2022.2 myox. If anyone has any ideas as we have tried pretty much everything

The latest version in the cloud is AccountRight 2022.10 you do need to ensure that you are using that version should you wish to upload a file. Our Help Article: Getting the latest version would be able to go through that process for you.


In terms of actually uploading the file to the cloud. Once you have the latest version installed and the file open you can go to File>>Go Online (Upload this File) to upload that file to the cloud. Check out Help Article: Put your company file online for more information.

 

Do note that you have to have an active subscription to upload a file to the cloud.

The above post assumes that you have upgraded the file to the AccountRight 20xx product range. Should that not be the case and you are on AccountRight Classic v19 you want to Upgrade to the new AccountRight first.
